We aim to keep all of our products in stock. Certain larger/specialist items are sent direct from the manufacturer. We aim to dispatch items from stock within one working day. Where there is a delay or non-availability, we will notify you immediately. Essex Cricket uses reputable couriers in order to ensure that your purchase arrives promptly and securely. Our delivery charges are as follows:
Due to weight and size restrictions international shipping charges can vary. To ensure that you have the up to date shipping rates please contact our customer service department before placing your order.
We will not accept liability for incorrect shipping charges by processed international transactions not discussed with us before purchase completion.

Returning/Cancelling your Order
You may return any product for a refund of the price that you paid for it. This must be done within 14 days and the product must be in its original condition, together with the original packaging.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return the product. Essex Cricket will not be held responsible for goods not received. Please include the original invoice when you return the product to us. We aim to process your return within seven days of receipt.
